The Services (including FATE AI Generator, Tushia, and STDate) are owned and operated by Brady Yaddof ("Operator", "we", "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use general Services, and 18 years of age to use certain age-restricted Services (such as dating applications). By using the Services, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
IMPORTANT: Certain Services utilize advanced generative AI technology. Content generated by these Services may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not manually edit or control AI outputs and are not responsible for any generated content. You use generated content entirely at your own risk.
NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: Services providing spiritual, lifestyle, or relationship guidance (such as Tushia) are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose. You may not generate or post content that is hateful, threatening, explicit, or designed to harass or impersonate another person. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of your account across all Services.
Brady Yaddof retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all source code, design, branding, and trademarked logos (including the "Yaddof" name and crest).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brady Yaddof is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any generated content. Brady Yaddof operates as a sole proprietor in Iowa, United States; you acknowledge personal liability for obligations as per applicable law.
